Discover techniques to calm the mind
Meditation offers a gentle, powerful way to support your wellbeing during cancer treatment. Whether you are currently in treatment or recovering, this mindfulness-based practice can help reduce psychological distress, ease fatigue, and improve sleep. Most importantly, it gives you space to breathe.
At COUCH Cancer Hub, we invite clients to join our weekly meditation sessions every Friday. It is a peaceful way to close the week, unwind, and reconnect with yourself. No experience is necessary. Just show up and let go.

We offer a variety of meditation styles to meet you where you are:
Mindfulness Meditation gently brings your awareness to the present moment. It helps calm a wandering mind and quieten mental chatter, which is especially helpful during stressful periods.
Focused or Guided Imagery Meditation uses visualisation to reduce stress and train the mind to refocus. This style can be particularly beneficial during and after treatment.
Together, these approaches create a safe and supportive space to relax, restore, and reconnect.
