Stay Strong is a small-group strength and resistance training class focused on bone and muscle health. Stay Strong supports people living with, or at risk of, osteoporosis. It also suits those managing menopause, arthritis, or diabetes. The program welcomes both men and women. It supports strength and stability at every stage of life.
This class focuses on safe, purposeful movement. It helps participants build confidence through guided exercise. Many people prefer this calm setting to a busy gym. As a result, returning to exercise feels less intimidating and more achievable.
An accredited exercise physiologist leads every session. Each class follows an evidence-based structure. Exercises target strength, balance, and functional movement. The program prioritises correct technique and safe progression. This approach supports long-term health and injury prevention.

💲 Session fee: Casual class – $20, 5 class pass – $90, 10 class pass – $170
👥 Fitness level: All fitness levels welcome
📋 Referral: Not required (an Exercise Physiologist pre-assessment is required prior to participating)
