Everyone’s journey is unique – so that’s how we treat you
Life after cancer treatment can bring ongoing challenges as you adjust to a “new normal”. At COUCH Cancer Hub NQ, we offer specialised post-treatment support to help manage lingering side effects and health concerns, including for those on long-term maintenance therapies.
Our clients have access to an experienced GP, oncology nurses, and a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals who work together to support your recovery and wellbeing. Through personalised care, we help you build a healthy lifestyle, improve quality of life, and reduce the risk of cancer returning.
Your dedicated nurse can provide referrals to experts including psychologists, exercise physiologists, dietitians, counsellors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and lymphoedema specialists.
We also offer a variety of group activities to support both mind and body, such as yoga, Pilates, gym circuits, Qi Gong, mindfulness meditation, and opportunities for social and peer connection.
At COUCH, survivorship is recognised as a journey that is unique to each individual, not just a stage of treatment. If you identify as a cancer survivor, we invite you to connect with us and work alongside a nurse to create a personalised care plan tailored to your needs.
