Working with you to support your patient’s cancer journey
At COUCH Cancer Hub NQ, we work alongside GPs and treating teams to support patients throughout their cancer journey. Referrals from GPs, specialists, allied health professionals, and treating teams are welcome but not required. We recommend a shared care approach to ensure the best outcomes for each patient.
Our Care Partnership Program offers an evidence-based, nurse-led model of care that integrates allied health and complementary therapies. This approach supports patients in managing treatment side effects, recovery, survivorship, and palliative care needs, while aligning with their individual goals and overall wellbeing.
