By hosting your next meeting, workshop, or event at COUCH Cancer Hub NQ, you’re not only choosing a beautiful space set in the rainforest — you’re helping provide vital support for people in our community impacted by cancer. Every hire fee goes directly towards delivering evidence-based health and wellbeing services for our clients.

The Meeting Place is a fully air-conditioned, multi-purpose training and conference space that comfortably accommodates up to 35 people. It’s equipped with everything you need, including:

    • Overhead projector and pull-down screen
    • Video conferencing technology and Wi-Fi
    • Whiteboards and lectern
    • Concertina dividing wall
    • Water cooler, tea and coffee facilities
    • Tables, chairs, and easy parking just 175m away

With affordable dry hire rates (room only) and flexible self set-up/pack-down options, it’s the perfect space for workshops, training sessions, or community gatherings.

The meeting room is available during business hours and after hours, including weekends*. As a not-for-profit ourselves, we understand the importance of supporting one another — which is why we offer a special NFP rate.

Rates:

    • 1–3 hours: $165
    • 3+ hours: $275
    • NFP: $135 (all day)
    • Tea & coffee: $20 (flat rate)
