Fittings restore balance and confidence
All Woman Lingerie, at Atherton, offers private, professional breast prosthesis fittings at the cancer hub in Manoora on the second Tuesday of every month. This specialised service supports women who have undergone breast surgery – whether recently or many years ago – by providing fittings in a private and caring environment.
Accredited fitters from All Woman Lingerie guide each woman through the latest prosthesis options, including high-quality breast forms from the trusted German brand Amoena, as well as prosthetic bras and swimwear. If only one breast has been affected by surgery, replacing the weight is particularly important to prevent strain on the neck and shoulder muscles. Fittings are tailored to help restore physical balance, reduce posture-related discomfort, and most importantly, support self-esteem and wellbeing.
You can book an appointment any time after surgery, but we recommend allowing six weeks for initial healing and for swelling or bruising to settle before the first fitting.
Rebates and financial assistance
All Woman Lingerie provides full guidance on rebates and entitlements, including:

Medicare cardholders: up to $400 for a single prosthesis/$800 for a double every two years.

DVA Gold Card holders: one prosthesis (single or double) every two years, plus two prosthetic bras every six months, free of charge.

Private health cover: claims may be required through your fund first, depending on your policy.
All Amoena prostheses are guaranteed against faulty manufacture for two years.
