Finding Your Way

A cancer diagnosis touches every part of life. Physically, emotionally, socially, and psychologically, the impact can be overwhelming. The Finding Your Way Program is designed to help you rebuild confidence, restore strength, and rediscover wellbeing at every stage of your cancer journey.

Thanks to a CommBank Staff Foundation 2025 Community Grant, this program is available at a significantly subsidised rate. Quality cancer care is now more accessible for people right here in our community.

About the Program

Finding Your Way is a four-week, evidence-based cancer wellbeing program. It blends clinical guidance, safe exercise, and holistic support in a warm and welcoming environment.

Grounded in research from Cancer Council Australia and the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia (COSA), this structured approach can help to:

  • Improve physical strength and energy
  • Enhance mood and emotional wellbeing
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Support recovery during and after treatment
  • Improve confidence and overall quality of life

Whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, or adjusting to life after recovery, this program meets you where you are.
